  • What documentation does your company need initially to insure my jewelry?

    • Also, what other documentation will I need to make a claim?

  • For what risks (i.e. perils) am I covered? Not covered?

  • Are there any deductibles?

  • What exclusions or exceptions are there?

  • How does your company satisfy claim?

    • How much? Replacement?

  • If the item is replaced, how do you make sure I am satisfied with the replacement piece?

  • What if the item cannot be replaced?

  • Do you depreciate the item’s value?

    • If so, how?

  • Am I covered wherever I go?

    • Any time? Whoever has it?

  • What if I am somehow negligent?

  • What happens if I lose a part of a pair or set, how you replace the other half?

  • How much will this Insurance cost me?

  • What if the piece is damaged (not lost)?

  • What is the difference between scheduled and unscheduled coverage?
